Berlina Wallace-Berube is Director of the Virgin Islands Primary Care Office and a member of the Virgin Islands Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention State Advisory Group. She is also cochair of the Association of Virgin Islands Psychologists' Education Committee and treasurer of the American Counseling Association's North Atlantic Region. Previously, she served as the territorial director of the Division of Mental Health, Alcoholism and Drug Dependency Services at the Virgin Islands Department of Health. Ms. Wallace-Berube is a career educator and mental health counsellor who has taught and provided counseling services in a range of contexts, from elementary school to adult education programs. She holds a master's degree in education, counseling and guidance as well as a master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of the Virgin Islands.
