The Federal Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice (FACJJ) is a consultative body established by the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (Section 223) and supported by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). Composed of appointed representatives from the nation’s State Advisory Groups, the committee is charged with advising the President, Congress and the OJJDP Administrator.
